As we approach our grand opening, we need your support to start purchasing necessary supplies for the benefit of our beloved community. Not Another Child is a charitable organization as described in 501(C)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code; EIN#26-0894097, registered in the state of New York. In accordance with the Internal Revenue Service guidelines, Not Another Child maintains discretion and sole control over the use of all donated funds once a tax-deductible receipt is issued. All donations are non-refundable. Not Another Child honors the donor’s request for any of our pre-approved programs and projects whenever possible. In rare cases when that is not possible, gifts will be used where needed. Therefore, donors explicitly release Not Another Child from any restrictions on how those are funds are spent. No goods or services were provided in return for any contribution. Contributions are generally tax-deductible to the limit allowed by law if the donor itemizes.
